isolved’s video interviewing tool is completely powered by WedgeHR. With this deep integration, customers get more than just a simple add-on - they gain a powerful way to streamline hiring workflows and build automations directly inside isolved Talent Acquisition.

Two Ways to Invite Candidates


With the integration, you can invite candidates to Wedge interviews in two ways:

1. Automated Invites

When setting up or editing a job in isolved Talent Acquisition, you can enable Wedge in the Job Settings → Notifications section.

  • Choose the Wedge interview assessment you want candidates to complete.
  • Decide when invitations are sent (for example, immediately at application, after meeting basic qualifications, or later in the process).
  • Candidates who match your criteria will automatically receive an invite, saving your team time and ensuring consistency.

This approach is the bet way to get a large group of applicants into your interview flow quickly.

2. One-to-One Invites

If you’d like to send an interview to a single candidate, you can:

  • Navigate to the candidate’s profile in isolved.
  • Go to the Assessments tab.
  • Select the Wedge interview you’d like to send and click Send Invite.

This method is best when you want to manually control invitations on a candidate-by-candidate basis.

Tracking Candidate Progress

The integration also makes it easy to see candidate status directly inside isolved:

  • Wedge Tag: When a candidate is invited, they’re tagged with “Wedge.” Once they complete their interview, a checkmark appears.
  • Assessments Tab: From the candidate profile, you can view all completed Wedge interviews and click through to see results in Wedge.

This gives hiring teams visibility at a glance - whether candidates are still pending or have completed their interviews.
